Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan never asks for one. Paid plans ask for a card only when you choose to upgrade.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrade or downgrade from inside the app, and the billing adjusts from that day.
Are prices the same for NZ and AU?
Prices are set in the local currency. NZD 7, 19, and 39 for Starter, Pro, and Business. AUD 6, 17, and 35. The toggle above the plans picks your region automatically from your timezone.
Does my accountant need a paid seat?
No. You invite your accountant at no extra cost. They see exactly what you grant them access to.
What happens to my data if I leave?
